Why should we pick neo corp when they are other established players in the industry like Jindal poly, essel propack . Jindal poly has given a consistent growth since last 3 years. For neo corp the sales have fallen from FY08 to FY09. How do you pick up such stocks, do you read the charts or other strategies. Please let all of us know the reason for choosing stock .

Hi Akhil, it can see 80+ levels in a years time
Hi Aju Mathai, Jindal Poly flims is a Large cap stock whereas this is a micro cap, Penny Stocks have a higher rate of growth over Long term, Jindal's sales in 05 where 796 cr's whereas its sales in 09 where 1,562 cr' (a growth of less than 100% over 5 years)
In March'05, Jindal posted a profit of 76.82 and in March '09 it posted a profit of 126cr's, an increase less than 100% in 5 years, where as in the above mentioned script, the profits in March'05 were 0.13 cr's and in 09 where 6 cores, the grown has been more than 4500% in 5 years. Jindal traded at 285 in March'05, where's as Neo Cure traded around 8rs.
So, Penny stocks have higher growth rate as compared to normal stocks, but at the same time they can be risky bets, which in turn can give huge profits over Long term, provided you pick the right stocks
