CB, is there a way to find out whether or not am I going to get a certain dividend. If I purchased HCL tech on 27th and am still holding, Will I get bonus declared on 30th October.
Also, I bought Aarti industries before its bonus date but did not get any dividend, whereas a friend of mine has got is a week back. Any idea why so?

I have 10L to invest in equities. I am waiting for the correct time for quite a bit of time. is the time to invest at 4500 levels (NIFTY) will be good. Please suggest me a stock which has a capability to double in one years time (if any). i have short listed Suzlon, JPAssoc and Punj Lloyd. please comment on these and provide one or two from your side.
