Nifty is trying hard to break above 5181 on hourly closing, failed on 2 bars. But outlook is still strong above 5155 on hourly closing.

Your entry cost is high ... book today near 3 - 3:15pm. We should again get dips to buy at a lower cost. Best buying days for calls are on days with max negative momentum near day end. And vice versa for Puts.

    Hi SR,

The OI of 5000PE is more when compared to 5300, 5400 and 5500 CEs. Then in what way we can conclude that market may go upto 5400+. Can you explain on this please?

Hi SR, so shall i exit the call today day end and one 2 lots of put?

OI is the representation of maximum open position. Big players write options. With max OI in 5000PE, its almost impossible for Nifty to sustain below 5000 this series. And if it breaks below 5000, then short covering can cause Nifty to fall another 10 percent. On the higher side 5400CE and 5500CE are ones with max OI. So its not likely to cross above that. As such, One can trade within this range.

Hi imran khan, Avoid positional shorts in this series as this series started near the lower level of the range. Book your longs near day end. Even I will close some more longs if Nifty fails to give a close above 5181.

Hi SR, Then in that case can selling 5000 Put and selling 5400/5500 call be a good strategy...

    Hi SR,

Thanks for that good explanation. Is there any way to find out whether Big Players are Writing Options or it is actual buying out of market interest?

Hi Robotguy, None of my calls have any risk now. Booked over 100% profit in them. I'm playing on on the rest as its just part of the profit.
