Hero Honda Motors Ltd. has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on March 30, 2010 (a) Considered and declared a Silver Jubilee Special Dividend @ 4000% i.e. Rs. 80/- per equity share of Rs.2/- each. (b) Considered and decided to fix April 15, 2010 as Record Date for ascertaining the entitlement of members for payment of aforesaid Silver Jubilee Special Dividend in pursuance to the provisions of Section 154 of the Companies Act, 1956.
Who will get this special Dividend? I mn 1 holding it today or on 15th April or some other date?
