नई दिल्ली।। अब वोटर कार्ड बनवाने के लिए वोटर रजिस्ट्रेशन एंड एपिक सेंटर (वीआरईसी) के चक्कर नहीं लगाने पड़ेंगे। यह सुविधा घर बैठे भी ले सकते हैं। इसके लिए दिल्ली के मुख्य चुनाव अधिकारी कार्यालय की वेबसाइट www.ceodelhi.nic.in पर जाकर क्लिक करना होगा। यहां दिए लिंक पर आप वोटर कार्ड बनवाने के लिए फॉर्म नंबर-6 भर सकते हैं। वोटर कार्ड से जुड़े दूसरे काम भी ऑनलाइन करा सकते हैं। इस काम में कोई समस्या आने पर सीधे सीईओ यानी मुख्य चुनाव अधिकारी को ईमेल कर शिकायत कर सकते हैं। इसका तत्काल निपटारा किया जाएगा।

मुख्य चुनाव अधिकारी रीना रे का कहना है कि हमारी कोशिश है कि लोग अपना वोटर कार्ड बनवाने के लिए वीआरईसी में न जाए। अधिक से अधिक लोग ऑनलाइन फॉर्म जमा करें। वेबसाइट पर वोटर अपने विधानसभा क्षेत्र की जानकारी ले सकता है। इसके अलावा इलाके के बूथ लेवल ऑफिसर का पता भी साइट पर दिया गया है। बीएलओ का नाम, उसका मोबाइल या टेलिफोन नंबर साइट पर मौजूद है। ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भरते वक्त वोटर कोशिश यह करें कि अपना फोटो भी स्कैन करके भेज दें। इससे उनके वोटर कार्ड पर फोटो अच्छा आएगा। ऐसा नहीं कर पाते हैं तो अपना एड्रेस प्रूफ, फोटो और जरूरत के मुताबिक डेट ऑफ बर्थ सर्टिफिकेट की फोटो कॉपी बीएलओ को दे दें।

जॉब करते हैं तो बीएलओ को फोन करके बता सकते हैं कि आप घर पर किस दिन मिलेंगे। फिर बीएलओ आपके एड्रेस आदि की जांच करने के लिए उसी दिन आपके घर आएगा। किराए पर रहते हैं और आपका कोई एड्रेस प्रूफ नहीं है तो 50 पैसे के पोस्ट कार्ड को अपने आप लिखकर अपने पते पर पोस्ट कर लें। यही आपके एड्रेस प्रूफ में काम आ जाएगा। सारे दस्तावेज सही होने पर कोशिश की जाएगी कि 21 दिन में आपका वोटर कार्ड आपके घर स्पीड पोस्ट से भेज दिया जाए। सीईओ रीना रे का कहना है कि मौजूदा समय में करीब 25 फीसदी लोग इंटरनेट के माध्यम से वोटर कार्ड बनवा रहे हैं। हम इस आंकड़े को 100 फीसदी चाहते हैं ताकि लोगों को वीआरईसी जाने की जरूरत न पड़े।
