Hi Kartik, Lost 20k last month in BHEl futures.....seems like BHEL has a strong support @1600......similarly SBI@ 1900/1850......what shd I do to recover my loss.......Is it possible for these two stocks to become weak like L&T & plunge down to lowest levels??

How to monitor OI during live market.. ? My Tradetiger terminal doesnt provide live OI changes (or maybe i am not looking properly).... I would like to know what kind of open interest is fluctuating in nifty call/puts on real time basis...
