rest of the global markets fell 3.5 percent. nifty made short covered dead cat bounce and may even extend to 8500(it does not mean to buy). our market rise when others fall and fall when when other indices appreciate. markets are designed to fake traders.

Sir hello,
I shorted Tata steel below 293 at 292 today.
But it gave a bounce back later.
Is it an indication of new fresh buying?
Was holding 3000@310 levels and thought of buying back at lower levels but didn't happen.at what level can I again enter with fresh buying as have lost 60000 ₹.
Or any other stock to enter which can give some return?
