Hi STREET DON, I buy OTM calls at major support level when market is falling at dirt cheap values. Then hold them till market reverses to exit near major resistances. Always book out 50% profit at about 100% to keep zero value at risk. If trend reverses, wait till we get a pullback to exit at otm call near cost and enter otm puts dirt cheap. Avoid OTM options of current month at least 2 weeks before expiry.

Hi imran khan, Ok total cost is 5800 (50 x 54 + 50 x 62). I think the market can give a sharp move either on downside or upper side, so better to keep hedged position. Only problem is you will not be there in the morning.. anyway let's see... But you keep a note of all your trades in excel.
