Good evening everybody :)
Well, I use the services of 2 brokers:
Broker 1 : Angel broking for Equities
Trading Terminal : Diet Odin (from Financial Technologies) --- EXCELLENT (no downtime and good features)
Brokerage : Intarday 0.02% , Delivery 0.2%
Customer Support : EXCELLENT.
Pay-in/Pay-out + other matters : Faced no problems till date.
Broker 2 : R K Global for F&O
Trading Terminal : Net.net (again from Financial Technologies) --- NOT THE BEST (maybe issues with RK Global servers, but not sure). Quotes hang often, Updation of Price quote is slow, logs out after 5 mins if idle (there is no option to change this 5 mins or to turn this feature off from user end). To top it all, they charge clients with a “software maintenance charge” every month.
Brokerage : Rs. 9/- per lot flat (any future, any option)
Customer Support : AVERAGE --- scope for improvement
Pay-in/Pay-out + other matters : Faced no problems till date
I have not opted to take Diet Odin from RK Global because the software maintenance charge is more compared to Net.net and I already run Diet Odin from Angel broking. So, changing registry every now and then (for 2 Odins from 2 brokers) is a real pain, specially during market hours. I went for R K global (for F&O) for the low brokerage.

Rs. 99/- per month, per segment for Net.net
Rs. 299/- per month, per segment for Diet Odin.
Service tax is applicable for both the charges. Therefore 99/- becomes 109.20 in my case...
