Hi Kb,
I am also using Geojit Flip for long time....It is O.K. because we are used to it and have not used any other trading software.
1. But, once Sunil Rao mentioned about setting an Audio Alert to aovid staring in the monitor for long time. I send a message to Customer Care to add one like that, so far no action.
2. It automatically logs off frequently, after you update latest one. The customer care resonded that they cannot change it, even there is an option in tools menu. To aovid this I am using the old version, without updating. Sometimes I feel that the old ITT Sofware was better than Flip. That had an advantage: When stock price hit days low or high, it will set the low/high value in Red/Blue permanently. This way it is easy to catch the script trend easily.
Frankly, they don't do any innovations..... they earn money just providing the basic stuff which they had... I think this resulted in their last Q-Results.
