Hi Kranthi, Normally to short sell a cll or put of any scrip ; amount required is the span margin of that scrip in future. Short selling down in special way.
At first buy a scrip in cash and Short sell its call with the margin from cash . So when scrip goes down : Hold ur Share and exit ur short sell option @ nice profit to leave to becom e zero by expiry :
If it goes High , exit the call and Hold ur share and book profit at High levels.
This is how sure profit can be made :

(Another spinning top formed, showing uncertainty. As per candle trading range is 6040 and 6160. Breaking this range will lead to huge movement in that direction.)
As expected below 6040 Nifty touched the low of 5987 and closed at 6012. Yesterday a bear candle formed. It indicates the weakness. As per candle now 5980 would act as support and 6040 could act as resistance. Breaking either side will travel in that direction.
