Yes, you can slowly accumulate them at every dip. But U may not get 20% returns in Railways stocks unless they get big projects from govt. Only hope is that PM-Modi is travelling to JAPAN this weekend and will announce and get in tie ups with them for better transaport projects in INDIA. Possible. This news may give some momentum to Railway stocks. Else they will be flat for few more weeek.s General trend is that Railway stocks start moveing from October to February
