HI ALL, when ever you hold a position in futures' ..and the trade goes the opposite way ...to reduce your loss... you may take an opposite trade from the next series in the same script.. Brokers allow this with no extra margin [or minimal ]..if it is the same script..this way you will balance off the loss .
Realized this today .. and tried .. made some profit.. Thought of sharing this here..

Hi Gitanjali, dear Its called " Hedging " Its a well known way to reduce loss and a very usefull thing a Fut trader must know. There are many hedging techniques likewise with call and Puts
like Selling Call and Buying Puts ,
But it would be a bit confusing for newbees !
