Hi Gitanjali, Good evening. And don't you worry ( and no apologies plz ). I did not take any position in Cardamom. I was planning to short with a SL of 1340. When the market (MCX) opened at 10 am, I was waiting for the first candle to form in my 5 min charts of Cardamom. It completed formation at 10:05 am and was a big candle. Opened at 1312, (which was also the low of that candle), high was 1331.40. Thus a big range. The subsequent 5 min candles had smaller ranges. In fact not one the next 19 candles (on 5 min charts), managed to cross the first candle's high or low. Was getting a feeling that a breakout or breakdown was imminent. Then, the 11:45 am candle made a high of 1338.30 and thus a new high was formed. Then and there I discarded the idea of shorting. But, if you initiated a short, the SL is taken out. I'm sorry for that. Sharing these kind of information during market hours is practically impossible for me. Takes a lot of typing :) Why I'm writing this long post? Just to make you understand why I did not go for shorting. It has got nothing to do with the information you shared about Cardamom. I take only charts into consideration while initiating a trade. So, plz dont feel sad. Cheer up :)
Now lets analyse what else I said. For NG, 144 was the critical zone. Below that the target was anywhere between 140 to 141. As of now, made a low of 141.10. Missed my target by 10 paise :) I hope you made some profits :)
