RBI raises interest rates by 25 basis points. Markets under pressure.
Banking stocks continue selling pressure. ICICIBank and YesBank are good among private sector banks at lower levels for mid to long term.

Tomorrow FOMC Meeting will decide the direction of the markets. If the Bernanke's last speech is good, Markets pull back and trade back in GREEN. If any kind surprises, Markets will have a blood bath. Be cautious.

Trading in Options is both risky and rewarding. One need to very cautious to the technical movements of stock during intra-day and to track news all the time.

Always choose the stocks that has volumes in Options. There are few stocks that exists in Options but trades with less volumes. With those stocks risk will be higher and can't sell whenever you want.

For example, AxisBank and ICICIBank Options have considerable amount of volumes but Allahabad Bank & Vijaya Bank will have less volumes.
