If we had some shares of some company and latter if it got deliested , our account will be compromised and we will not have any shares further more until they relist ! If they relist we are lucky back to have all shares we had and if not then Zero shares .......

Hi SB ™, No. If I have shares of stock (physical or demat form) in a company and the company gets delisted from stock exchange, I would still have the shares. MY SHARES WILL NEVER DISAPPEAR INTO THIN AIR. Only problem I would face is that I will NOT BE ABLE TO SELL THEM TO SELLERS THROUGH STOCK EXCHANGE ...

Hi Kb Trader, Yes, there are. But maybe those methods will not fetch us the money we hope to get. We can end up booking substantial loss. Nevertheless, if we are lucky, we can at least get some money :)

Hi Kb Trader, hey dude Good Eve .

To be listed initially, a company must meet minimum financial and non-financial standards. if it fails to meet those, the stock can be delisted. As with listing requirements, the standards for delisting shares are not uniform; each exchange has its own requirements.
