Hi avik, no then it just expires, as its time value becomes zero... Though i think you get a clarification from CB sir about it. I sold at 11. A small profit.. as ha bought at 8.5. enough to cover brokrage.

for example if i bought a call 5500 @ 100 rs , market falls and till expiry that was around 35, i booked 65 rs loss per lot, but my question is..who will get this Rs. 65 of mine..at the time expiry who will buy our call or puts?
