Nifty futures rollover stood at 26% and marketwide rollover at 28%. Highest rollovers were seen in - Cairn (50%), NTPC (46%), Aban (44%), M&M (41%) and ICICI Bank (41%).
Huge short build-up was seen in Financial Technologies and cost of carry was also down. The stock slipped 10.9% and its futures Open Interest was up 38%.

Fresh long positions were seen in DLF, IDFC and Aban Offshore; their cost of carry was up. DLF rose 5.5% and its futures Open Interest went up 9%.

IDFC rallied 5.2% and its futures Open Interest was up 9%. Aban Offshore gained 4% and its futures Open Interest was up 7%.

Short covering rally was seen in Hero Honda and its cost of carry went up as well. The stock was up 3.2% and its futures Open Interest was down 8%.
