Hi Hema, If u r scared then don't enter...You are absolutely correct to hold options near expiry is not good...but since we know that our max loss is 1050 even if our option price becomes zero we are taking the risk...So enter only if you are prepared to loose 1050/-

Have Patience. Make a list of 10 - 12 stocks for monitoring. You can consider the key levels of those stocks and then short those stocks on higher levels. Nifty is recovering now, Markets will be volatile for some time especially till expiry.

Wait like cheetah befor hunting and then attack the stock.
