sir if us close in red or flat and same with europen market then indian market may go down tomorrow ? any bad news so that indian market may come down ??

Holding ortin labs from long time and it is not at all moving up...lost around 25% in this stock. Please advice....it is really frustrating to see this stock at same place even after 1-2 months.
