Hi Umesh,
It seems a big loss for you.
Can be about 20%.
Hereafter, when you short a scrip, put a stop loss order to avoid upper circuit.

Hi Umesh, dear according to my view u can decrease the chances of ur loss.....
do one thing dont wait for 3rd day auction relust.. Let it be whatever it is ... Coz u cant be 100% in profit ... If that share moves up u will be in loss.... if possible BUY same amount of share tommorow and hold it ... If that share moves up u will be in loss in ur auction but at the same time u would be in profit of ur tommorow bought share and thus ur loss will be subtracted.... If i would be at ur place i would have done that ... Think about it ... I think this might be more profitable and low risk for u...

Thanks, i informed my broker they told 20% penalty will be charged, so will be making big lossess was not aware about all this, just saw stock was crossing Resistance so thought of shorting :(

Hi Umesh, as u have shorted the stock.. The amount will be credited in ur account tommorow .. May be possible broker will give u limit to buy tommorow ... Try if u wish to buy ... coz ur limit is being set on ur credit amount.. And u will be credited tommorow...
