CB sir I have entered Mearck @ 829/- in September 14 for long term target of Rs. 1500/-...should I sell as you suggest @ 950 ? can i re enter @ downside again?

want to pick one rail stock after expiry .TWL (titagarh wagon ) is actually in EW3 already given a breakout .Do you think it is good invested in TWL @cmp for 2-3 weeks will give good return or Any other recomendation in rail stock as per valuation and pre railiway budget rally if not TWL ?
