Hi CB i need your advice i am really feeling depressed with my losses just 3 weeks back i was in a loss of Rs.20,000 and today i am in a loss of Rs.60,000 yesterday i am really devastated, right now i am holding stocks in

What should i do exit at these levels to avoid more pain or should i hold?
Why do jaiprakash associates and hindustan construction fell heavily today? My today's loss is Rs.13k and the total loss rose to Rs.73k i am really feeling sick with these losses :(
