Try searching over Google FII & DII Trading activity . You will get multiple links. For all of them source would be nseindia.com But the presentation would differ from site to site. These numbers will not be available during the trading hours. Numbers will be available for any trading day only after the trading hours. Hope it helps.

I can't give you any targets on options, As I have limited access and can open few windows @ work, But BHEL is good one.
One thing just to remind u, 300 CE is a OUT- of - MONEY call. Book profits on trend reversal sees in Nifty.
