what is your view on DLF. I bought DLF @ 230 for a target of 240-245. But DLF came down to 200-195 level and again bounce back upto 218 level. I asked CB sir and he said to hold for short term, it is seeing profit booking. But today I see some comments about DLFinsome other sites that peoples are saying DLF hv weak fundamentals and it cann't go upto even 225 level. it will again come down soon.
CB sir is offline now, i will definitely ask him about this. Can you share your views on DLF?

That is TRUE, Compared to Other good real estate stocks like Shobha devlopers, IB Realiestates, DLF is not much good fudamentally. It is tru that, DLF is rallying when the euphoria is on the real estate stocks. But, No one knows how many days the euphoria will be there. Always suggested to book profits at every resistance levels for fundamentally not good stocks.

Hi ND, Yes, It even a good bet for positional, It has book value between 270 - 280 levels as per the recent Quarter results. It would even sees 450 to 500 levls easily in next 6-9 months
