Hi SAI, If you don't have any open positions better don't do any trade till expiry... Just take 2-3 days break... I am basically a intraday trader so whether profit or loss I square off the same day, it is very rare that I keep any open position..

And whats your reason for buying an out of the money call? Just cause we are range bound and near a support doesnt mean out of the money call will see gains on expiry week when open interest suggests no momentum.. Also, foreign markets are week, only trade here is short if 5090 is taken out, or if we get a close above 5200 we go long....

not volatile, we are range bound.. What it is, isn't necessarily that we are range bound between 5090 and 5190.. thats due to put and call writing, but true market range will be taken out when we stop trading on the inside candle from the last credit policy.. the one that went from 5190 to 5030 i think.. to me a short term directional move comes outside of these.. also, if we close below 5100 therefore doesnt mean we carry a lot of shorts so on so for.. until inside candle trading range in removed... if confused, youtube inside bars trading..

Hi Satya, The reason I told you hold your 5000 Puts was because it was trading at around 6 today, so even if you had sold your enitre lot (i.e. 5 lots x 50 = 250) you would have got 1500/-only. Your purchase price is 30 so even otherwise you are losing 6000/- (30 - 6 x 250). So it is better we take the risk and square off tomorrow, but as a general advice you should never hold on to your option for a long time... anyway be online tomorrow... I am only afraid if market goes up your option may trade at around 1 rupee... I wish you get atleast part of your capital...
