I took asian paint and hdfc some 3, or 4 months back. both fell after that, so I left them as they are good companies. now in profits, not sure what to do, whether to book profit or wait for some more months? or exit at high price and enter at lower again if they come down .....

Not sure of HDFC. not tracking it. I thought you are an day trader. Morning also I told to book profits @ 530 levels. As tommorrow is a expiry day, in case of any downside, one can enter it again at lower levels.
