Hi Robotguy, Regarding your explanation to Ripul,just a single correction......Out of the money options become worthless at expiry and need not be squared off.No need to fear about STT,in this case.
0.125% STT is charged only for in the money options,if you fail to square off before expiry.

How buying a CA and PA @ same time work?
My friends is saying he is making 20-25% return in Nifty doing this.
Buying a 5800 CA and 5600 PA. In case market go in any direction, will make this earn more in one direction? what your suggestion?
