Hi CB, Dear, remember this post... i think today's low 5652 is done for this week or in worst case may be 15-20 points further down tomorrow in early hours. followed by sharp upmove tomorrow and day after towards 5800+ ...
since it's not wise to time the market, to play this view, would you suggest buying nifty oct futures or can try with 5700 ce in huge qty?

next week seems to be volatile.. usually it is during the expiry week. considering that nifty may hit both 5650 and 5800 and considering i dont know which one will hit first.
in that case, trading strategy could be either of the following or may be both if 5650 comes first:
1. buying aggressively around 5650 with SL 5620 for target of 5800.
2. shorting aggresively around 5790-5815 with SL 5820 for a target of 5650.
i think nifty futures would be perfect bet as Sep series calls are overvalued and may also cheat and Oct series options will be expensive

Hi NH, oversold and overbought stuff should be coupled with other indicators.. they dont just work alone.. nifty or stocks can remain in oversold or overbought zone in long time and can continue to move in their direction for long time while in oversold/overbought zone.. CB can explain better

GE CB,
Holding BHARTIARTL @ 275.5 and RCOM short @ 64.50. Pls advise how these will trade tomorrow. Very bad day today. Lost 25k in 5600 PE though recovered 10k in JP short.

Hi revan, that's right.. that was it's short term movement.. im talking about it's major trend which is up. tracking it from 330.. it went quickly to 390 and now cooling off before next upmove
now longs can be entered at cmp 363 with SL at 352 for targets 382-400+

Hi NH, Yes, good analysis, u can compare nifty with bank nifty and with the first five heavy weighted stocks in nifty to get some clear picture. Watch cloud patterns in Ichimoku chart too.

Hi vikrant, Yes, from August 10th to 25th nifty consolidates and fell suddenly but before going to over-bought zone nifty stayed in over-sold zone for just 4 days i.e., 24-27 of July month and it repeated in same way in 5,6th of Sep month. So in this case we need to average as long as it stays in these zones and book profits partially. One can not decide the time period of this over-bought and over-sold zones. As I said to NH, u can compare with bank nifty and top 5 heavy weighted stock in nifty.
Hi Venkat, Y'r most welcome. I cannot say what's going to happen tomorrow but the market will fall for sure, maybe by tomor or the day after tomor.
This is my personal analysis and take CB's advice before following..
