Hi a4amit2,
It depends on option u buy. Usually options which are trading at high volumes would be highly volatile. also it depends on expiry, if expiry is near then it go still higher.
If ur call is 100rs then for 20pts u can expect 6rs if u have 15 days for ur expiry

Hi a4amit2, Sunil is right.. it depends on the possibility of a nifty coming down/up to a particular point..if chances are less then option will not see more of a movement.. if chances are more it can move by 3-4points
