What is the issue with Tata Power, which has a steady revenue , customer base , good balance sheet..slowing drifting down.. also Cairn which I am following for quite some time now... where as Tata Power is nearing its yearly low with huge volume (compared to 3 months ) and cairn heading to its yearly low of 266 once again ..Both the scrips are recommended regularly by all so called market experts in various websites, magazines , news papers but both drifting to lows slowly..Both of them also dont have any negative impact much from any other factors
