There is actually no reform in any policies tht can improve market conditions or the economy and hence the downfall... There is 1 more announcement remaining tht will be announced at 3:00PM... BTW, i guess this sudden negative reversal when everybody was hoping positive news would havw have made a huge dent in everbodys trades, including mine!

I assume that there must have been longs in Cash and that is the reason why there has been no fall. I hope they will short it in future before expiry. I fully agree with you and I am really thankful to you for your concern. But if it crosses 1225 I will exit my shorts or pls advise me whether I can rollover the same to the next expiry... But there is most important think is that major news (penalty) in cement stock has already affected stocks and if cement companies comes with news that they are going to court for appeal against penalty order. Then all cement stocks will rally again.

Hi STREET DON, It is very difficult to prove that there has been cartelisation but since this penalty is likely to go into govt coffers (govt being always in need of funds) I think even the courts will give verdict against these companies with recommedation from sonia who the Indians have given the supreme authority at present. Govt is finding every way to milk money, that is why they have now planned to go behind tyre companies, pharma co's etc. In addition to that they keep on increasing limits of FII's in every sector. Nifty Overview:

Nifty looks to be on the verge of another positive rally. Nifty has been trading strong after bouncing from 4770 levels and factoring all negative news within it. As per option data, Nifty has maximum OI in June 5200CE and June 5000PE. As such its unlikely to cross above 5200 or fall below 5000 this expiry.

Nifty already has hinted for a positive breakout giving a close of 5165 on the daily charts and opened upside levels of 5350 and 5540. Nifty has strong supports at 5086 and 5036 levels. Nifty just needs one positive trigger to start a rally in July series which may lead it upto 5750 levels.

Use dips to buy July Nifty OTM calls before June expiry. This strategy presents very low risk with possibly huge rewards.
