Hi ponraj, If it is intraday u cannot buy in NSE and sell in BSE...also whenever u instruct your brokers u hv to inform them the exchange also where it is to be sold or bought...means suppose u want to sell Reliance 100 shares....then u instruct your broker the following info...your Client ID, Scrip name, qty and the exchange where u want to sell...
