Hi Raasi, You can't trade if you haven't applied for it...:-(. still ask the call centre once if they can activate F&O for your account instantly...I think you need to send a seperate form for it now.

Hi Aabha..yes you can. You need not open demat account with zerodha. open a trading account. Ask them to link your existing demat a/c. The buying will be as per zerodha charges but the seeling will be your current broker charges.

Hi Aabha. Though u did not ask me, let me take this opportunity to tell u since i am using Zerodha. U can get ur current demat account linked with Zerodha but zerodha will be able to only deposit shares into ur demat when u buy but not withdraw when u sell. Its like ur bank account where anyone can deposit money but only authorized person (u) can withdraw.
