Hi Anne, Same with me. I also lost 4 lakhs in 3-4 years. Now my conclusion is that Intraday, Options will not help recovering your loss but it will add more in loss. Though, if a call or intraday triggered, u will make big profit. But u will lose that in no time. So best option is that if u have some money to invest (around 25-30k), invest 70-75% for long term in good share and keep rest for short term trading like BTST or 1-2 or 2-5 days hold which will keep generating some profit if u go for good calls for that period.

You send an complaint to your broker immediately in writing preferably by email or if you give a written letter pls take acknowledgment with stamp. Or better you send an email now and give the written letter tomorrow alongwith copy of your contract note to him. If he does not resolve the problem send the second complaint to NSE and SEBI. Always take acknowledgement and keep the acknowledement copy safely with you.
