CB I need your detailed view on splits & bonus, if I bought this compnies what are the advantages & dis advantages, is it profitable ???
Radhe Developers India has fixed 06 August 2009 as the record sate for the purpose of sub-division of existing equity shares from Rs 10 each into equity shares of Re 1 each
TRF has fixed 03 August 2009 as the record date for the purpose of issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 (one share for every one share held) to the existing equity shareholders of the company.
Veer Energy & Infrastructure has fixed 31 July 2009 as the record date for the purpose of bonus issue in the ratio of 1:2 (every shareholder holding 2 equity shares is getting 1 bonus shares).

As somebody was saying that TRF is providing bonus share, even if i buy it tom i will get the bonus share for people who are holding it for a long term. If a bonus share is issued is there any chances of the price going down by 50% as happened with Airtel. Sorry for asking you so many questions.

Hi Sri, yes. .you will be applicable for the bonus.. there will be a stock split same as Airtel. if you buy 100 you will have 200 after split and stock price would become half
