Nifty closed on a very precarious note yesterday, if Nifty fails to sustain below 5395 in first 15mins of trade today, we may see a bounce upto 5451, 5479 levels.
However, if we hold below 5395 level, we would be heading towards 5280.

Hi arun bj, Calls and Puts can be entered just the way as you enter a stock. As they are derivatives of either stock/indices, you need to concentrate on the underlying security. For example, if a stock breaks a major resistance on the upside, you can enter its call (preferably ITM or ATM) for a decent gain. The reverse is also true. In that case, when a major support is broken, enter a put. As you said you understand about resistance and support, you should not face any problem.

I am suggesting you short the CA and PE..with a total premium of 120..So with time the premium will squeeze if the stock trades in a range(980-1220)..Hence, the target is 90..30 rs profit.

Hi sudhir, btst means buy today sell tomorrow.. stbt means sell today buy tomorrow. stbt is possible only in futures market.
