Hi sahsa, legally they should not sell your shares without your consent.
1.if the margin period ends they have to charge interest.there will be limitation period to hold your positions and you have to maintain your limit.as you said paid 80k.
2.as you signed poa with them they can you shares due to outstanding bills. to recover the amount they can sell it and recover.
actually its your relationship manger have to take care of such issues. just call your relationship manager and warn him that your going to transfer all your shares.
firstly change your broker most of the broker will have pressure from their head office to close your positions. it depends upon the share you hold. but my broker allows me to pay my money upto 15 days without any interest. so have your account with good relationship manager or else you can file a case against your broker. birla money have this policy they will call their customer if they don attend the call they will sell all the shares in their account. they have tons of case for their policy. so its up to you.
you can change your broker or file a suit against them.

Hi sasha, nothing works out. you must be signed Power of Attorney when you`re opening your account. so that they can sell your shares. if you`re not sure of it. ask your relationship manager to show your kyc documents and confirm it. secondly you must be aware of your margin period.depends upon the category of the stock they provide limit thats y they charged interest and sold your shares. it happens, you relationship manager is such a stupid person. you must develop good relationship with him so that he can help you in such risky situation.

As per my knowledge, u can sell your shares any time. we have not limitation for that, but u should use only your balance while purchasing the shares.

if you take extra limit from your brokerage company, then you have to sell the in 5 trading sessions.
