    Hi Rahul, Options as well as Futures have an expiry date. On that day, they expire. So, you cannot carry forward. When we hear about Futures and Options being carried forward, it basically means traders squaring off their existing position by or at expiry and taking a fresh position in the same contract for the next expiry. By doing this process, we get the feeling that we are carrying forward our positions for the next expiry...

    Hi Kumar, You are welcome. For day trading, to start off with, after choosing a security, first of all identify whether it is in uptrend or downtrend or whether it is showing sidewise movement. If in uptrend or downtrend, can use trend following indicators like MA or MACD. If sideways, can use Oscillators. Keep stop loss always
