Nifty: 50-day PWO momentum indicator closed near -880 today ... likely to face resistance near -750 (5007 on Nifty spot). A close above it tomorrow, may likely trigger some more upmove to -250 PWO (likely to be near 5200).

Hi YOGI, Nice one. Above 455, 463 will be the first resistance. If managed to cross that, next target will be 469-470 levels. Taking Fibonacci retacement from the high of the candle of 10/08/2011 till 23/08/2011, 38.2% is somewhere at 465 and 50% is at 470. A long lower shadow of today's candle suggest a bullish signal. Can initiate long with a stop of just below 450. For short term or intraday, I believe, Ichimoku does not come into the picture ---> will go for Ichimoku for analysing a bit longer term view. Before first resistance is reached, if the stock somehow breach 450, we can initiate short...
