Hi paresh doshi, yes. usually buy back to increase promoter holding and at times if not satisfied with current market rate, they announce a buy back at a much higher rate which triggers an upmove in the stock

Hi Ravindra, no, not really sure where we can get vix data. usually is there in the brokers software. regarding gvk, it depends on what price they sell it. if its higher than cmp, then stock can see some upmove.
