Hi cvrprakash, I really appreciate your commitment, but plz think this. Is there anything known as an oral commitment in share market? NO. Your/our brokers will never consider oral commitment. What he is silently telling you is " What is the guarantee that you will keep your commitment? Better give the margin beforehand and then there will be no hard feelings later on "
For an understanding of Margins :
1) Download the pdf file from the link mentioned below and refer to pages 80 to 88.

2) Every broker uploads the Margin file for F&O in his website at least once everyday. See that. If you dont manage to get it, contact your Relationship Manager or the Customer Care Executive of your broker and ask him to mail the file to you

Hi cvrprakash, TCS can add 2-3% tomorrow, may open gap-up, keep a SL at 60 for IVRCL (strong support), there seems some restrictions your broker may hv put up due to low Margin
Hi Pradeep, no, it looks weak, avoid TCS
Hi Subin, not sure of its results yet
Hi RAVI, it faced strong support at 17.5-18 lvls, looks weak for now, can be shorted for some gains
Hi Gitanjali, GE, avoid adding more yet, wait for Markets to settle
Hi chowdary, hold them with a SL at 71 and 115 (tata global) , they have been seeing selling pressure with the Markets
Hi Rise, it may take a wile to recover (around 1-2 years, if possible hold for a target of 110)

Hi Gitanjali, Yes, it really hurts to see people ending up in losses. I request CB, Kartik to come up with some kind of warning if they feel that violent movement can come up in markets. But, on second thought, its really hard to predict. I feel, traders like us should always trade with levels.

Nifty FUT closed below 5200. If it closes below 5200 tomorrow again OR there is a gap down opening tomorrow, Nifty can tank some very good points in the coming days. Lets see what happens tomorrow. All the best :)

Market was not crossing 5340 and europe problems and meetings were clear right frm last thursday.... ... It was obvious market will retract back to 5180 in a day or two which have indeed happen. So yes, every trader should be aware of the scenario and change positions accordingly... Nothing happens all of a sudden.
