Hi CB,
Can we complain to SEBI about SEL manufacturing promotors? I believe there are two possibilities on why the stock is going down day by day..
1. promotors are hand in glove with operators to bring down the price, create panic by selling the stock (in the name of funds) then rob the small investors who got stock in this stock at higher levels.
2. There is really some problem with the company, which the promotors have disclosed only to their close associates & they are slowly offloading the stake to general public.
I believe the 1st case is almost true that promotors are hand in glove with some operators to rob small investors. In either of the cases its shame on the part of promotors to dump investors who believed them.
Will it be a good idea to raise complaint to SEBI so that their IPO will be stopped by SEBI if they are found manipulating the stock.
Please suggest what would be the implication of complaining to SEBI about this fraud.

Hi Chandu, we cannot really be sure if this is a fraud because recently a stake holder sold shares which was made public.. guess its just technically weak as of now and will bounce back in short term
