मार्च तक गिरावट के भंवर में फंसा रहेगा शेयर बाजार

गरीबों को सस्ता अनाज बेचने की सरकारी योजना के एलान के बाद सोमवार को बड़ी संख्या में ट्रेडरों

ने बिकवाली की। उन्होंने बाद में शॉर्ट कवर किए, जिससे सूचकांकों को निचले स्तरों से वापसी में मदद मिली। इसके बावजूद इतनी भारी बिकवाली हुई कि सेंसेक्स और निफ्टी 28 महीने के निचले स्तर पर बंद हुए। इन दोनों सूचकांकों में 0.8 फीसदी की गिरावट आई, लेकिन मिड कैप और स्मॉल कैप शेयरों की हालत बहुत खराब थी। करीब 158 शेयर रिकॉर्ड निचले स्तर पर पहुंच गए। गिरने और चढ़ने वाले शेयरों का अनुपात 3:1 रहा।

फिच ने यूरोपीय देशों की क्रेडिट रेटिंग घटाने की चेतावनी दी और सीएलएसए के भारत को लेकर बेहद कमजोर अनुमान से भी मूड और बिगड़ा।

खाद्य सुरक्षा विधेयक के लोक-लुभावन कदम से बाजार में मायूसी और गहरा गई है। अगले कुछ महीनों में शेयर बाजार का रुख क्या रहेगा, इस बारे में ईटी ने 20 फंड मैनेजरों से बात की। पोल के मुताबिक, मार्च 2012 तक प्रमुख सूचकांकों में और 22 % की गिरावट आ सकती है। इस साल ये सूचकांक अब तक 25 % गिर चुके हैं। यूरोजोन कर्ज संकट गहराने और भारत सरकार की खराब आर्थिक स्थिति आने वाले कुछ महीनों में शेयर बाजार की सबसे बड़ी चिंताएं हैं।

रिलायंस कैपिटल एसेट मैनेजमेंट के इक्विटी हेड सुनील सिंघानिया ने कहा, ' शॉर्ट टर्म में हमारा नजरिया मायूसी भरा है...अगले साल की पहली छमाही में हमें चुनौतियां बढ़ने की आशंका है। मुनाफे के लिहाज से दिसंबर तिमाही कंपनियों के लिए अच्छी नहीं रहेगी। ' सिंघानिया ने कहा, ' सरकार को राजकोषीय घाटे से लेकर विकास तक की चुनौतियों से निपटना होगा, तभी निवेशकों का भरोसा बढ़ेगा। '

सीएलएसए के क्रिस्टोफर वुड की ' ग्रीड ऐंड फीयर ' रिपोर्ट आने के बाद भारतीय शेयर बाजार को लेकर नजरिया और खराब हो गया। रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि सेंसेक्स गिरकर 11,000-12,000 तक जा सकता है। इसमें डॉलर के मुकाबले रुपये के गिरकर 60 तक पहुंचने की भी आशंका जताई गई है। वुड ने कहा है कि अगर यूरोजोन को बड़ा झटका लगता है तो रुपया इस स्तर तक जा सकता है। उन्होंने नोट में भारतीय बाजार का दर्जा ' ओवरवेट ' से घटाकर ' न्यूट्रल ' करते हुए लिखा है, ' भारतीय एसेट नकारात्मक खबरों के कुचक्र में फंस सकते हैं। यह बात करेंसी, बॉन्ड और शेयर सब पर लागू होती है। '

सबसे बड़ा जोखिम मुद्रा को लेकर है। केंद्रीय बैंक आक्रामक ढंग से भारतीय मुद्रा का बचाव नहीं कर पा रहा है।

ईटी पोल में शामिल होने वाले 20 फंड मैनेजरों में से चार को सेंसेक्स के मार्च तक 12,000-14,000 के बीच रहने की उम्मीद है। छह ने कहा कि सूचकांक 14,000-15,000 के बीच रह सकता है। सोमवार को सेंसेक्स 15,379.3 और निफ्टी 4613.10 पर बंद हुआ। फंड मैनेजरों और ब्रोकरों का कहना है कि उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले बाजार का सेंटीमेंट और खराब हो सकता है। वहां मार्च में चुनाव हो सकते हैं। बाजार को डर है कि चुनाव से पहले खाद्य सुरक्षा विधेयक की तरह दूसरी लोक-लुभावन नीतियों का भी एलान हो सकता है।

एक्सिस डायरेक्ट के डायरेक्टर नीलेश शाह ने कहा, ' बाजार की दिशा को लेकर निवेशकों की चिंता बढ़ गई है। उनका मानना है कि खाद्य सुरक्षा कानून से राजकोषीय घाटा और बढ़ सकता है। बाजार देखना चाहेगा कि इसका राजकोषीय घाटे पर कितना असर पड़ता है और सरकार उसे कैसे पाटेगी। पिछले कुछ समय में भारत को लेकर सोच और नकारात्मक हुई है। हालांकि, हालात उतने खराब नहीं हुए हैं, जहां से संभालना मुश्किल हो जाए। '

पोल में शामिल होने वालों ने दिसंबर 2012 तक सेंसेक्स के 16,000-18,000 के बीच रहने की उम्मीद जताई।

Per your advice i used 28 sma simply looks good for intraday trading in nifty options. but, however could not find out the movement nearly. Some times my guess fails. Do you think what should i see along side with this? if something there, please advice with clear details of it. Thank you very much.....

Seems market will opn high tmrw...so i will sell the 4600pe....n hold the 4800ce....once it opns highr...thn nifty will rise to 4800...

HI CB i want to invest in market should i wait or start partial investing. as far as sentiments are concerned whenever market goes down everybody says wait and whenever up opinion changes within a day.

I was initially planning to start investing around 4400 but today nifty is higher around 8%.

Hi Jitendra, yes, would advice to wait for lower levels on nifty to make fresh investments.. technically markets still look weak

More short covering ll seen in the market . Also sbi target also . 1800 level . .0what s your view on this . . .
