Hiii CB...dis is d first time I am posting a comment on dis site...but dis site n ur work is realy appreciable...hats off to u sir....
dis question i m asking is veru urgent for me....it is related to FirstObject Technologies...
Recently it got approval for amalgamation of its acquired Pre School Analytics limited Pvt ltd....n it has declared that as part of dis amalgamation and equity reduction 4 shares will be reduced to 1 share of same face value which means 100 shares now wl become 25 shares later on....
Also, Firstobject Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that July 26, 2011 has been fixed as the Record Date for ascertaining the entitlements of the shareholders of Company pursuant to Scheme of Reduction and simultaneous Reorganisation / Consolidation of Share Capital.
wat does exactly means....i mean wil shares of Firstobject gets delisted for some time and den wl again relisted after sometime n wat b the share price after relisting since shares wl get reduced....oderwise wats d use of record date?/plzz explain dis to me...i m very confused...dnt know whether tomorrow we can trade in FOTL or not since 26 is record date..................

Hi Sumit, thanks, it will get de-listed on 25th (its last day of trading), henceforth it will be listed a new merged company, you will not be able to trade in it tomorrow, cant be sure of re-listing price/date as further details are awaited
Hi Micky, they look weak, but better wait for its results to be out as can be very volatile
Hi Jack, Yes, it looks good
Hi Kb, GA
Hi Rise, once it crosses the resistance of 375
