Dear CB,
What is the Suzlon rights issue? I thought it means that the co will give me a chance to buy stocks at lesser than market prices? But it says that i can buy it for 63 but why would anyone do that if the CMP is 57. Also there is something about redemption at 63, some kind of a buy back? But since i have 500 stocks i am only elligible to surrender 66. Please shed some light on this mystery

Ofss Yesterday had a Delivery Volume of 56.26%. and Day before that was 39%. Is this a indicator that it may blast upwards anytime or is pointing to something fishy. It has been strong today at 2172 to 2180 levels.
