To your question, I understand that
Either
Those who have shorted ITC in the morning, they are covering their positions.
OR
People expect ITC will recover in the next trading session (or next couple of trading sessions) and coming into the QUEUE to buy the stock.
OR
People who are already holding he stock in their portfolio, they are accumulating the stock in small quantities at lower price levels.
