For every one share of Unitech, the shareholders will get one share of Unitech Infra, which will be listed on the stock exchanges at a later date.

Could you please elaborate. If I have 100 shares of Unitech, will they be doubled to 100 of Unitech and 100 of Unitech Infra or is it something else?
