In chart 7 days moving avg cuts 14 days moving cut from below.... Then how u can say it looks weak??? On what basis u can say??

Kartik, is it advisable to hold 1 long and 1 short in nifty futures over the weekend ? say nov short and dec long or nov nifty long and bank nifty short ?
