Thats called time dacay. As the day to expiry nears the option movement reduces. Infact tom even if it touches 260 the option will move but not drastically as the only 5 sessions left for expiry. Time decay kills options closer to the expiry

DS yes. if it doesn't reach below 260 by 29th April 3:30 All cash gone. if ti goes below 260 then wherever it ends by tht day (260-Closing)*1250 is cash which u will get
